Do I need any prior self-defense or martial arts experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for all experience levels. You’ll learn practical skills that are easy to remember and effective for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout-style clothing and sneakers so you can move freely. No special equipment is required, everything you need will be provided.

Will we be practicing physical moves?

Yes, but in a safe and supportive way. You’ll work through drills and techniques at your own pace, with guidance and demonstrations from Stacey.

Is this workshop only for women?

Well, not necessarily. It’s designed as a women’s self-defense workshop, but if you’re male and genuinely interested in learning, we won’t turn you away. Everyone deserves to feel safe and confident.
