Whether you want to boost your fitness, conquer endurance rides, or simply keep up with your cycling buddies, our 2026 RideStrong Winter Training Program is for you.
This 9-week program is designed to help cyclists of all levels improve their performance and confidence on the bike. You’ll build strength, endurance, and technique through progressive and targeted workouts.

Newer riders who want to feel more comfortable and confident on the bike, build a solid fitness foundation, and enjoy their rides without feeling overwhelmed.
Intermediate riders who are ready to set personal records, tackle long-distance events, or feel stronger and more in control during group rides, whether their goal is to lead the pack or simply keep up with their cycling buddies.
Indoor riders who are ready to commit to a structured program to make their workouts more effective and rewarding, whether for fitness, fun, or preparing for outdoor adventures.

Ride Strong begins Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 and spots are limited. Once the program starts, registration closes so our coaches can focus on delivering the best experience possible.
