Kevin Thomas
Kevin Thomas created Fit, Fight and Burn because he’s been in your shoes. Whether it’s starting from scratch or leveling up your skills, Kevin knows firsthand how challenging—and rewarding—this journey can be.
With years of experience in mixed martial arts, Kevin designed this program to solve a common problem: bridging the gap between fitness and practical skills. He’s worked with countless clients who wanted to get in shape, learn self-defense, and build confidence but didn’t know where to start.
What made the difference? Kevin’s personalized approach. He combines expert coaching, real-world techniques, and a supportive environment to help you not only meet but exceed your goals. This program is about more than just fitness—it’s about empowerment, resilience, and discovering what you’re truly capable of.

At the end of the adjustment, he mentioned that my spine was the most flexible it has been and that my sacrum wasn't as off as it's been. He asked what new thing I was doing, and I told him boxing. No problem! This program is designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Kevin will guide you step-by-step through the basics.
Nope—everything you need will be provided during the sessions! Just come ready to work hard, learn, and have fun. If you already have your own gloves or wraps, feel free to bring them, but they're totally optional.
We encourage you to plan ahead and attend all sessions to maximize your progress. If you need to miss a class, contact Kevin.
Absolutely! The workouts are adaptable to meet your current fitness level, and Kevin will ensure your safety and comfort throughout.
The classes are challenging but manageable. You’ll be pushed to improve at your own pace in a supportive environment.
Of course! Friends can join through the drop-in option and experience the program for themselves.
