Every session is designed to challenge your body, boost your confidence, and build a strong, athletic physique—no matter your current fitness level.
Led by our newest trainer, Ronnie Dill, whose energy is contagious and coaching style is all about results, you’ll move through dynamic circuits, partner drills, and full-body intervals that leave you feeling like a true champ.

Certified Muay Thai Coach | Bodybuilding Specialist | ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
With over a decade of experience in personal training, strength coaching, and leading high-energy group classes, Coach Ronnie brings passion, precision, and serious motivation to every session. As a Shintobone Certified Muay Thai Coach and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Ronnie specializes in helping clients shred body fat, build muscle, and level up both physically and mentally.
Since 2015, he's been coaching group classes that do more than burn calories, they build community. Ronnie believes that success in fitness doesn’t happen alone. That’s why his Body Champ Boot Camp program is built like a team: we show up together, push each other harder, and celebrate every win, big or small.

Body Champ Boot Camp is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're getting back into fitness or already training regularly, Coach Ronnie will offer progressions and modifications so everyone is challenged appropriately and safely.
Life happens! If you miss a session, you’ll have access to contact Ronnie and discuss your home workout, or a make-up class may be an option.
Just bring water, a towel, and your energy! All necessary equipment will be provided. Athletic shoes and comfortable workout gear are recommended.
Yes! This program combines strength, cardio, and conditioning—designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism. You’ll also receive healthy eating tips to support your goals outside of class.
Totally normal—and you’re not alone. This is a supportive, judgment-free environment. Everyone starts somewhere, and Coach Ronnie is here to guide you at your pace while helping you get stronger every week.
