What Is Biomechanics & Mobility, and Why Should You Care?
Most people don’t get injured because they’re “out of shape.”
They get injured because they’re moving inefficiently.
Biomechanics is how your body moves—how your joints, muscles, and posture all work together.
Mobility is your ability to move those joints through a full, controlled range of motion.
When either of those is off, your body starts to compensate. And over time, those small compensations turn into tightness, pain, and eventually injury.
That nagging shoulder?
The tight hips?
The knee that “just doesn’t feel right” when you run or squat?
Those aren’t random. They’re signals.
This program is designed to help you understand what your body is doing, fix the root of the problem, and move in a way that actually supports your lifestyle, whether that’s working out, playing sports, or just staying active without pain.
