Bringing together experience, precision, and a deep understanding of how the body moves.

Mara Noack is an NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with a strong background in biomechanics and mobility training. She has worked with a wide range of clients—from active adults to post-injury populations—helping them correct movement patterns, reduce pain, and return to activity with confidence.

Her experience includes working with individuals dealing with postural imbalances from daily life, as well as more complex conditions such as spina bifida, osteoporosis-related deviations, and sports-specific imbalances from activities like tennis, running, and skiing.

Mara also specializes in designing pre- and post-rehabilitation programs, with a focus on shoulder impingement, hip replacement recovery, and knee instability.

As a long-distance runner with over 20 years of experience, competing in 5Ks, 10Ks, and half-marathons, she brings a practical, real-world understanding of movement that goes beyond theory. Her approach emphasizes functional movement and injury prevention, helping clients build strength and mobility that actually carry over into everyday life and sport.
